A. Introduction record

The parties acknowledge that Super Deals Mauritius Co Ltd ("Super Deals"), acting through its authorised representative named in this form, has identified, introduced, arranged access to or facilitated a viewing or listing of the property described above. The property, parties, scope of protection, duration, exceptions, fees and commission must be set out in a separate written agreement approved by a Mauritius-qualified lawyer.

B. Client acknowledgement

• I acknowledge Super Deals as the introducing or facilitating agency for this recorded introduction, to the extent accurate and agreed.
• I agree not to use a nominee, related entity, intermediary or alternative route for the purpose of evading valid written agency obligations applicable to this introduction.
• I will disclose any prior direct relationship or previous introduction before proceeding, and will follow the communication and offer process in the applicable signed agreement.

C. Owner acknowledgement

• I acknowledge the recorded introduction or listing and will identify the valid agency appointment and fee terms that apply to this property.
• I will not knowingly structure a transaction to evade valid, agreed contractual obligations arising from this introduction, and I disclose any prior introduction, competing agency or existing mandate.

D. Participating agency acknowledgement

• The participating agency will disclose its role and the source of the introduction, respect applicable written agreements and follow agreed procedures for client contact, offers and any co-agency or commission-sharing arrangement.

E. Scope and fairness

These terms are not intended to prevent lawful dealings unrelated to the recorded introduction, override a documented prior relationship, or impose a commission or restriction that has not been validly agreed. Duration, commission, exceptions, remedies and dispute procedures must be set out in a separate lawyer-approved agreement enforceable under applicable Mauritius law. No party waives legal rights merely by reading this form.
